If your pager malfunctions as it no longer is receiving pages, buttons aren't responding, etc....It may be covered under the PagersDirect Maintenance Protection Plan. (All Monthly billing plans and certain customized "low-price match rates" may not include our Maintenance Protection Plan)  

The PagersDirect Maintenance Protection Plan will exchange a malfunctioning pager at no charge including the return shipping of the malfunctioning pager back to PagersDirect.

This plan does not cover lost, stolen, damaged  broken pagers or pagers with broken or missing parts such as clips, battery covers  If your pager does not meet our protection plan guidlines, you will need to purchase a replacement pager in the replacement/spare pager category.

The first step is to call PagersDirect at  1-877-472-4370 ext 2 and let us know of the issue you are having with your pager.

If we are unable to resolve the issue over the phone with a programming reset or battery replacement, you will be instructed to order a replacement exchange pager right here and you will be issued an incident number.  When ordering your replacement, be sure to enter your Pager Phone Number including area code, Account Number and the Incident number or your order will not be processed.  These numbers wil be provided to you by PagersDirect when you call about your pager issue.  You will also need to order the model pager authorized by PagersDirect when your incident number is issued.

The replacement pager will come with a postage paid return envelope for the return of your malfunctioning pager. Activation instructions via our toll free automated exchange phone line (1-877-472-4370 ext 735) or online activation center will also be included.

IMPORTANT:  If ordering a replacement pager only with no other merchandise or service that needs to be paid for, be sure to check out using the payment type "check or money order"  This will enable our online processing system to complete your order without any payment needed.
